  Psychotherapy and counselling can be the starting points for considering personal life challenges as life process more than problems. I see therapy as a way to promote self-awareness and develop personal potentials by assisting in resolving issues affecting lives and relationships. My role is to assist in this process of change toward autonomy and independence while exploring personal issues or resolve relationships’crisis, and better step towards becoming the type of person one wish to be. I know by experience that personal development can facilitate reflecting on present and past issues that may be defined as problems or personal attitudes towards life. Self-awareness can produce new ideas of existential change and restore courage about personal challenges by achieving centeredness and temperance in emotionally defying situations. In counselling and psychotherapy I aim to show how to improve the focus and tranquillity needed to deal with inner conflicts, challenging thoughts, desired ideals and the will to identify and express personal resources and powers.   Co- Founder of Mandala Community Counselling Services a non-religious, non-political organization. I contribute to the Mandala operations as clinical counsellor and psychotherapist and clinical supervisor and I served in the chairman position form 2003 till 2008. By charity donations and with the support of the Exodus Foundation, and the Sisters Of Charity Foundation we provide free counselling in various Sydney locations for people with no financial means to access private services.
