No ships were pirated during this deployment.• Managed an operational budget of over $320,000 in flight hours and a maintenance budget of $2.7 million over a course of a seven-month deployment. During the entire time the detachment was stood up, 18 months, responsible for $490,000 in flight hours and $4.5 in maintenance.• Choreographed the competition of numerous process improvements to include operations with NATO and Aviation Supply chain issues for detachment operations in the Horn of Africa. • Mentored Junior Officers and Sailors that led to the qualification of three new Helicopter Aircraft Commanders, five Sailors qualified as Enlisted Warfare Specialist and 100% enlisted advancement.   • Managed all types of Transmission and Substation capital construction projects in PPL Electric Utilities service territory, totaling approximately $700 million in system upgrades. • Managed a team that successfully met 95% of Scheduled in Service dates, resulting in better than expected revenue for PPL EU.• Supervised seven direct reports, who are actively engaged with contractor crews preforming capital improvements, led a focus for employees to become more involved with schedule and construction management.• Oversaw the development of improved Construction Management Processes, to include construction kickoff and close out processes, weekly contractor reporting process and development of Construction Supervisors with training in Construction Management.
