  ●Performed CFD analysis in a CD nozzle with the inclusion of an ambient inlet to enhance wall cooling effects, in ANSYS.●Highlighted the delay in oblique shock wave generation within the divergent wall despite maintaining a similar velocity.●The divergent walls are observed to be significantly cooler while keeping the thrust output nearly the same.

  ● Identified the occurrence of Stress Induced Martensitic transformation in low carbon steel, specifically AISI 304L, explaining the observed indentation curve anomaly when compared to other steel(ie. SAE 1080, ASTM A516, AISI 415).● Developed a novel constitutive model within ABAQUS subroutine using FORTRAN for the anomaly, also validated the proposed constitutive model through single element compression and tensile experiments.
