      I've been working as Assistant well site supervisor with Schlumberger in a Integratde Project Management in ExxonMobil project. I'm involved in factory drilling (fast drilling about 7days/well) in soft sandy formation by supervising the operations and coordninating third party. I provide to the required people the daily drilling report and the daily cost. I execute the drilling program as per my company and client standard.       -Design, plan and implement WASH activities in Tanganyika province. Activities are ranged from set-up and repair of water systems (dug well, spring water, water treatment unit , construction/repair of latrines (Familial latrine and durable latrine at school), health and hygiene campaigns, training of community health volunteers, and set-up WASH committees- Ensure that all work is carried out in a way that is sensitive to community needs and promotes the full and equal participation of women. As much as possible ensure that an empowering approach to working with communities is employed for all WASH activities.- Develop/reinforce operation and maintenance systems for latrine and put in place hygiene promotion and sensitization activities at community level (school, health centers and community).- Develop sensitization on baby wash- Follow up the implementation of the program in compliance with the DIFID approved budget. - Write timely reports, include assessment reports, baseline data reports, monthly, Quaternary and annual report - Recruit and train local health promotion staff, project managers, Wash Nut (baby wash) health promotor and supervise their activities; this involve developing work plans and undertaking training needs analysis.
