Assumed lead management role in new hire training program.• Constructed mathematical model using quantitative labor data drawn from SAP and CISME. Applied the results of this research project to the development of the department cost/benefit analysis which was used to increase utilization (Billable vs. nonproductive time) from 68% to the target rate of 78%.
