  I am the lead IT Analyst for the IT Data Collections team. We collect around 1 billion AMA records a month from 1,028 sites. I monitor, analyze, and repair incoming AMA records looking for errors in the files, missing information, and deviations from the baselines. I am responsible for monitoring systems and jobs and reacting to alarms/events generated within an infrastructure monitoring platform based on corresponding procedures. I am part of a team responsible for 24x7x365 maintenance and monitoring of our applications and systems. My team and Il monitor and maintain numerous complex multi-tiered environments that deliver content to desktop, mobile, and server platforms.
