      I’ve supported a young man, at home and in the community, to participate and engage in meaningful occupations. This man experiences a progressive myoclonic epilepsy known as ULD and has ASD. Through my role, I work both individually and in a team, where we develop person-centred goals that my client wants, provide emotional and physical support, promote flexibility in daily routines and structure, promote personal choice and independence, support and educate on daily care tasks, encourage social skills development, support community access opportunities to facilitate social inclusion and participation.I supported young children living with ASD.
