  Developed business plan, operating procedure and growth strategy for a 15,000 square feet large-scale fitness centre - the first Level Up Fitness in Kuching city centre. By 2018, Kenny Sia have grown Level Up Fitness to East Malaysia's largest fitness chain. In Kuching, he pioneered the concept of a premium full-service fitness centre. In the meantime, he has also created the concept of 24-hour low-cost self-service gym which he branded as Level Up Fitness Xpress, opening the first commercial 24-hour gym in Arena Sukan, Kuching before any of the international chains had entered the market. He experimented successfully with harnessing the internet to do online gym membership sign-ups at www.luf24hr.com and became the first Malaysian fitness chain to do so. Most importantly, he brought his company beyond Kuching and introduced Level Up Fitness's brand of gym to towns such as Kota Kinabalu, Sabah; Bintulu, Sarawak; Segamat, Johor and Kuala Terengganu - enabling residents of that town to enjoy unparalleled fitness experience at an affordable price.Kenny Sia is still involved in the management and operations of Level Up Fitness.
