  o Routine and Turnaround (TAR) Plant Inspection – The planning, scheduling and execution of internal and external inspections on columns, drums, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, cooling towers, storage tanks and process piping as per API 510, API 570, and API 653 requirements. The requirements of these inspections are also determined by referencing API RP 571 (Damage Mechanisms Affecting Fixed Equipment in the Refining Industry), API 574 (Inspection Practices for Piping Systems Components) and RBMI software. The inspections performed include ultrasonic inspection (UT thickness gauging, shear wave, phased array, time of flight diffraction), radiographic inspection, liquid penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, coating holiday inspection, in-situ replica metallography, etc. Inspections are performed on both online and offline equipment. The results of these inspections are utilized in fitness for service (FFS) studies, remaining life assessments and for making recommendations for future actions to be implemented.o Condition Monitoring Programmes – The development and enforcing of condition monitoring schedules, which includes data review, analysis and making recommendations based on the results for the following; Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Thermographic Surveys and Primary Reformer Temperature Surveys).o Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Projects - Generating budgetary estimates for CAPEX projects, the review and approval of specifications for new and upgraded equipment, the review of engineering drawings, ITP's, MTR's, Welding Procedures and Weld Maps. The generation of work packages for the purpose of job planning and execution, which includes developing scope of work packages, development of JSA's, mechanical completion certificates (MCC), QA/QC documentation, Management of Change (MOC) and HAZOP documentation.
