      - Participating in the maintenance of Unit 4 at Huntly Power Station where I worked in the turbine team, taking apart, cleaning and repairing parts of the turbine before putting it back together.- Gained both theoretical and practical experience when deconstructing a turbine engine, this experience enabled me to advance in both my professional and technical skills.- Gained greater problem-solving and time-management skills, where managers would give me a job and I would have to figure out how to complete it in a timely manner. - Worked both in the main turbine hall and control room of the power station gaining an insight into the future of Huntly Power Station with the set goal of Net Zero Carbon by 2050.- Learnt how to use measuring tools such as a Calliper, Micrometre, Bore Gauge to measure parts of the turbine to check tolerances. - Advanced in working safely with chemicals, materials, fumes, and hazardous equipment.- Underwent a lot of Risk Analysis, where a risk assessment needed to be completed before each job could be undergone to avoid the potential for hazards to occur due to the environment being worked in.- Able to gain greater communication skills due to working with many different people from Pou Limited, Genesis and Pro Gen.
