Boomi Guided Solutions are a critical enabler for our frontline when it comes to faster resolution. However, keeping these solutions up to date is a challenging task, given the changes in our call drivers, product features, system diagnostics etc. Madhu brilliantly led and coordinated an effort to review the Top 40 Guided Paths last year and in the process captured over 300 step level feedbacks/improvements! Madhu is very analytical and data driven in his efforts. For FY24, based on usage volumes he identified the Top 18 Guided Paths that account for ~75% of overall usage and is currently leading an effort to revamp these Guided Solutions. He brought together all key stakeholders in his "Path-by-Path" review meetings to exhaustively review and get SME input on any changes that affect the frontline.
