  David has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience in professional practice and main contractors having worked on a wide range of projects from city centre refurbishment to heavy civil engineering. Having specialised in contractual issues including procurement and dispute resolution for almost 30 years David has gained significant experience in the preparation, presentation and responding to contractual claims and dispute resolution. He is widely experienced in all dispute resolution procedures including negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and acting as expert witness in litigation. With considerable experience of standard and bespoke forms of contract, David regularly gives presentations and in-house training on a wide range of contractual issues and forms of contract. He also has experience in assisting clients to develop procurement strategies and procedures.
