      Sept 2014 - Mar 2015
      Project Manager

I am currently managing an ECI package for a future electrification scheme from Gospel Oak to Barking. There is a wide scope covering a multi discipline package of survey works and constructability assessments, plus early construction works in order to de-risk the future main package. Site based works are largely sub-contract management with smaller self-delivered packages. I am responsible for all programme and commercial management, including labour and possession management. Stakeholder interface is key due to the sensitivity of the works with the local authorities and residents along the route, plus Client interface as the position is co-located. Show less
