The optimization is being applied for voice and data services, involving different technologies like GSM/GPRS/EDGE (in 2G/2.5G) and UMTS/HSPA (in 3G/3.5G). Another purpose is the test and appliance of some new features that will work as an add value to get a better and transversal network quality, for all services involved. The dynamism of this job, created some extensions to the initial scope of work; it now includes several network design responsibilities and also new tasks in the areas of network supervision and monitoring.
