  During my time working for Heads Recruitment I was working at PepsiCo's northern distribution center. At first I worked picking orders, after going above my targets daily for a sustained period I was trained to load/unload trailers. Through further regular good performances I was then trained to drive a reach truck. The target on reach truck was 26.5 movements per hour and i regularly exceeded 30 whilst maintaining a safe working environment. My idea to improve the pick time in the picking area by rearranging where certain items were stored was implemented with success. Show less

Maintain and carry out checks on the machinery when the line is off for engineering work to be carried out. Work with teams such as 'Cost and Sustainability,' helping to reduce utility costs and waste for the site. I have also been trained as an ISO 14001 auditor and a Quality Wall facilitator.
