Identification of potential overpayments has saved the company an estimated $2 million since the program began.o Led requirements research for streamlining the online quoting process for returning customers to improve their return rate. Received employee of the month for my efforts.o Implemented a procedure denying a quote to a former customer attempting to return if the balance on the prior policy was over $50.
