  Soccer Coach/ Dorm Counselor/ Maintenance

  I was the soccer coach for the high school soccer program for two years. Dorm counselor involved working with teens from 13-18 in a boarding school setting. I was a mentor and spiritual confidant. While on the maintenance crew I worked on upkeep of property and minor construction tasks such as drywall work, tile flooring, painting, trim work, electrical work, and snow removal.

  Apprentice Carpenter. Metal stud framing, building lay out, print reading, drywall installation. Iterior and exterior framing. Completed my Apprenticeship and earned Journeyman Carpenter status.

  I have worked in numerous flat roof systems. I've been trained in detail work on black/white rubber, TPO, Fibertite, and other membrane roofing systems. I've done roof coatings, new construction, re-roofs, and metal fabrication. Most of the work centered around commercial flat roofs.

  Working in the shelling department I encounter print reading, building layout, hands on wall building, and drywall application. my main duties are in partitions. I lay out, frame, and hang drywall on the interior walls. I spend time deciphering prints to determine what need to be accomplished with each wall built. Another aspect of my job is training new employees through hands on experience how to layout, build, and assemble walls. My current position had been referred to as one of the hardest jobs in the plant. It's a high stress job that demands both physical and mental abilities. Show less

  I was tasked with organizing the dairy cooler and freezer. Stocking shelves, customer service, unloading trucks, inventory, checking dates, and traing new hires were all part of my job. I received training on bagging groceries, alcohol and tobacco sales, and cash register. Giving the customer a pleasant shopping experience was a top priority for me.
