Directed staffing, repairs, tooling, machinery, equipment purchasing, and aircraft modifications supporting robust flight operations of 27 F-16 aircraft valued at $850M. Led 445 aircraft and communications specialists across 12 functional areas, supported flight operations of 24 MQ-9 aircraft and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems valued at $797M. Steered planning and complex upgrades for aircraft and facilities. Provided reliable aircraft and SATCOM links for the USAF and five international customers. Operations and fleet manager for 23 F-22 fifth generation aircraft valued at $3.3B. Directed sortie generation, aircraft sustainment, and upgrade modifications. Directly supervised workforce of 230 personnel; established short, long-range plans and priorities; supported largest F-22 flight program. Managed aircraft maintenance support for 27 F-16 aircraft, consisting of blended workforce of Active Duty, Reserves, and bargaining unit totaling 775 personnel. Directed readiness, proficiency, fleet health, safety, and quality assurance standards. Preserved human and capital resources through continuous process improvements and innovation. Led 13 functional teams in educating, motivating, and validating the management of nuclear and conventional munitions, aircraft, and equipment. Assessed on-site leadership, team performance, and compliance of 119 organizations, 39,000 personnel, and 246 aircraft. Solidified, benchmarked repeatable and effective processes. Partnered with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company for F-16 Common Configuration Implementation Program (CCIP) and Structural Augmentation Roadmap (STAR) for 94 USAF F-16 aircraft. Steered $50M avionics and structural improvement contract at depot facility, managed aircraft throughput, from induction to flight testing. Executed $7.2M US Embassy support program budget.
