  During my time with DoorDash at their robotics division, Chowbotics, I focused on enhancing user experience. - This involved evaluating the existing robot, Sally, through comprehensive UX audits encompassing both the robot's interactions and the mobile application. - I also worked on refining the workflows for our key user groups and conducted remote user tests by crafting prototypes and analysing task performance.

  - I played a significant role in the development of the "Sales Central" product. Specifically, I was responsible for designing four distinct loan journeys within Sales Central, which included Personal Loan, LAMF, Used Car Loan, and Unsecured Business Loans. These journeys contributed significantly to a quarterly business increase of approximately 100 crore.- Conducted user interviews aimed at identifying and pinpointing key user issues.- I conducted research and crafted the Account Aggregator assisted journey specifically for bank statement collection. This redesign drastically reduced the time required for collecting bank statements from several days to just a few minutes.- Creating optimal journey concepts to further streamline the loan application process, aiming to achieve same-day disbursals.
