      • Responsible for managing relationships between Microsoft and global and national entertainment App partners such as Rogers, Netflix and Youtube. Lead the App sustain marketing program for Xbox Canada, planning, building and executing over 5 unique one to two week partner promotions. • Liaised with global product leads, various advertising agencies and internal marcom leads in order to create and execute marketing launch plans for key Entertainment Apps. Efforts helped create transparencies between the corporate office and our subsidiary, making the app launch process more effective and efficient.• Developed a marketing promotion tracker on Microsoft Excel that allows Xbox to track the effects of previous marketing promotions on key metrics.• Lead a marketing and media seeding plan for a new branded accessory that created over 1M impressions and increased awareness of the product by leveraging product samples and available below-the-line marketing vehicles. • Planned, and executed an internal launch event for the biggest game of the year.
