Allowed us to consolidate the opportunities to 30 reviews representing $4M of $4.8M in potential savings- Mitigated 250K in potential lost savings and assisted in an increase in on-contract spend from 60 to >90%- Prepped and gathered materials for negotiations including Estimated Annual Usage, Baseline Pricing, and AMPL.
