  - Currently serving as a Teach for Pakistan fellow, dedicated to educating 4th and 5th grade students in an underserved community within a public school in Islamabad. My focus lies in teaching math and science, with a strong commitment to bridging the grade level gap, as many of my students are two or three grade levels behind.- Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the SN Curriculum, ensuring alignment with SLOs and incorporating key syllabus keywords to enhance understanding and retention among students.- Implement a data-driven approach to education by collecting and analyzing student data to monitor progress and identify effective teaching methodologies. This allows me to make informed decisions and continually adapt my teaching strategies to maximize student learning outcomes.- Prioritize the improvement of numeracy skills and science literacy among my students, actively promoting STEM education to foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Foster collaborative relationships with parents, school staff, and community stakeholders to enhance educational access and address challenges faced by my students.
