  During this time, I worked in the corporate world, achieving senior roles in the UK and overseas including for leading brands. Travel, adventure and new experiences were always more important to me than pursuing a corporate career (although I didn’t recognise this at the time!) and this inner quest for adventure led me across the world and back again in the following roles:Business Analyst | Account Director for WWAV RAPP Collins (1997-2001) General Manager for Octopus Communications, Sydney Australia (1995-1996) General Manager for DMB&B Ltd, Hong Kong (1994-1995) Loyalty Marketing Manager for Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong (1991-1994) Media Sales Executive for various including Mirror Group Newspapers, National Magazine Company and Express Newspapers (1980-1991) These career experiences developed a true understanding of senior management within corporate, highly competitive and at times, very political environments. Having managed people, projects, finances, sales, marketing and client relationships, I appreciate the pressures and complexities involved in operating in a fast moving business environment.   Nutritional Therapist | Lecturer

  On completion of my training as a Nutritional Therapist, I was offered the opportunity to work at Napiers Clinic in Edinburgh and being from Edinburgh originally, I didn’t need to be asked twice! An exceptionally enjoyable role (and a much welcomed change from my previous corporate career) this involved running a successful clinic assisting people with a range of health issues whilst specialising in fertility. I was later offered a Lecturing and Tutor post at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, a rewarding role helping students develop into competent and knowledgeable Nutritional Therapists who were passionate about their subject and emerged as capable practitioners. In 2004, I started working from home as a Nutritional Therapist and simultaneously worked with Detox International, running detox retreats in Spain and South Africa. With emphasis on cleansing and healing the body, the retreats also offered counselling and emotional support to achieve balance across both the body and mind. Witnessing firsthand the powerful benefits to clients and the potential for further personal growth, I made the decision to train as a Progressive Counsellor and Coach enabling me to assist individuals on a longer term, deeper level. This represented the final piece of my own career puzzle and search for personal fulfilment coming together, culminating in becoming a Mindset and Empowerment Coach. Show less

With overall emphasis on moving forward in business, positive change is achieved through working together to unravel work and life stories and coach in all areas that may be impacting business goals.Change Your Life in a Day: For customers seeking swift and intensive support, I offer a 1-day transformation programme. I work with clients to determine how transformation can be achieved through clarifying business and personal goals and adopting new behaviours, thought practices and routines to make the transformation they are looking for become a reality. Business Fusion Course: Run in collaboration with Caroline Newton from Number78 Business Consultancy, this 2-day course brings the head and heart of business together. For MD’s and CEO’s who want to build a great strategy and understand the psychology needed to unlock potential, this course shows business leaders how to plan big, think big and act big in the right combination to reach long-term growth.
