With the responsibility of leading a large staff team and an even larger volunteer team, we planned and implemented not only the weekend services, but many other special services throughout the year. Ensuring that every visitor felt instantly at home, we used hospitality and impeccable attention to detail to make a welcome and comfortable environment. Responsibilities included overseeing and planning a large budget, hiring staff, and providing oversight and direction for ongoing initiatives.   As Operations Manager for a new store, I was part of the team that hired and trained our amazing staff. Opening a new store was exciting, challenging and very rewarding. In my role, I was responsible for all scheduling (using Kronos), payroll, day to day operations as well as facility and building maintenance. I also directly oversaw our Inventory Coordinator and worked closely with our General Manager and Visual Sales Manager so insure that our employees and customers were receiving the best possible experience.
