  Led implementation of new lean manufacturing operating system including a collective bargaining agreement, attendance management policy, and full suite of lean tools. I led the strategic planning and implementation of the CI culture at the York, PA plant and acted as a consultant with other H-D operations across the US implementing the same systems Implemented new team-based lean manufacturing operating structure supported by a new union contract and attendance management program that is standard across all US plants. Led the implementation of workforce management process and software, TimeLink (now Kronos) as the foundational business tool for implementing flexible standard processes for time reporting, attendance management, and workforce scheduling, system-wide. Provided strategic and tactical operations and engineering leadership in the vehicle assembly plant. Responsible for 5 assembly lines with 1,000 union and salaried employees in a 3 shift operation. Utilized lean thinking and tools to improve productivity, quality, safety, and flexibility. Provide strategic leadership for product development process and current product/ process quality for vehicle operations, while leading standardization of quality management systems across business units.Accomplishments include development of Operational Excellence training program, visual management system for product development, and 6 sigma problem solving management process Various roles with increasing responsibility in manufacturing engineering, supervision, design engineering, and project management
