  I led expert leadership teams in completing business tasks and goals to improve organizational strategies and achieve success. Additionally, I managed the planning and KPI processes and supervised methods to increase business growth and develop new approaches to workflow and productivity. During my role as Regional Manager with WCG International Consultants Ltd., I managed top-tier teams, led strategies to increase open communication and best practices, and supervised the quality assurance framework to assist customer service representation. Furthermore, I wrote proposals in response to government RFPs and launched two programs simultaneously ensuring both opened on time without exceeding budget. As Program Manager with WCG International Consultants, Ltd., I was responsible for day-to-day functions dedicated to helping foundational learners with systemic barriers to employment become employed. In addition, I trained and hired a professional team, built partnerships with stakeholders and industry specialists, and led the program through two successful contract extensions. In this role, I took the lead in coordinating the development and implementation of corporate training, policies/procedures, best practices and internal audit processes to ensure achievement of corporate targets and customer satisfaction. I delivered face-to-face training across the province and teleclasses across North America. As the Service Quality Coordinator, I worked collaboratively with regional and head office management teams to integrate audit and training feedback into best practices. I provided recommendations for change to policy and process where necessary.
