      As a bachelor's student, I was a juror at The Netherlands' largest film festival Film by The Sea. In addition, I took part in the Public Relations Team that created promotional material of the festival.

      Research Assistant

      I assisted a large-scale quantitative research that analyzed the effects of gender identity, sexuality and emotion regulation on well-being in 12 different countries. My main tasks included making online surveys, translation, data entry, data analysis, as well as coordinating and communicating with numerous international collaborators. In 2024, the paper was published in the international journal Sexuality and Psychology and later presented at the International Congress of Psychology.

      Research Assistant

      Assisted a research team at Interreg 2 Seas, a European Union Territorial Cooperation Program aiming to facilitate cross-border collaboration. The focus of the research was identifying the challenges encountered by social workers that interact with at-risk children. I interviewed our French participants and translated official documents.

      Human Rights Defenders Team Intern

      Successfully achieved the temporary relocation of 12 at-risk human rights defenders from 11 different countries. My main tasks included accompanying and assisting the defenders during their stay in The Netherlands, interpretation, translation, data analysis, as well as aiding in the organization of outreach, training or capacity-building events.

      Facilitated the Making of Development foundation course at the university's Development Studies MA. Guided two weekly workshops with a diverse group of graduate students, developed teaching material and engaged in participative teaching methods. Course evaluation showed a 91% satisfaction rate.

      Contributed to the development and implementation of pactice-oriented trainings on Local Governance for professionals around the globe. I supported trainings regarding Local Economic Development, Gender Responsive Governance as well as Integrity and Anti-Corruption. Received an outstanding 4.9/5 in course evaluations.
