Content types include webpages, G docs, sheets, PPT, PDF, videos and so on.As a project manager, I was the first member in this team, and handled the two months pilot by myself, after that I handled daily tasks also financial works for one more year. Things got changed from Oct 2022, after we hired a new associated project manager to support me. I spent 2 months to train her, and then handed over daily tasks to her. From the beginning of 2023, basically I only needed to focus on below things:1. Monitor and randomly check her work, and provide her feedbacks that if any issues or anything can be improved.2. Define workflows, create and maintain workflow documents with all detailed steps listed, for other team members to follow. 3. Work with internal quality management department to monitor translators and reviewers performance.4.
