Coordinating order management, spare parts stock, invoicing, service warranties and inventory management. •Supported the design and implementation of a low-code, no-code app to control and manage capital equipment availability, service requests, and sales programs contracts management focused on internal stakeholders, reducing 30% response time, and representing $180K USD savings annually on potential cash. Solution that will be leveraged for several countries in Latin America.•Grew my team adding 2 new roles, one focused on the traveling unit operation (almost 400 movements of capital equipment between customers monthly) to connect the dots through the supply chain and centralize all requests; the other one a service lead to manage and monitor all work orders throughout the country, ensuring quality among service. This solution was implemented on 25 countries and 3 continents. •Developed and implemented tabelau and salesforce dashboards to track and monitor Customer Service KPIs. Around 1000 orders (20% of the total) for scheduled procedures were automated monthly in Colombia, while in countries such as Chile and Peru almost 70% of orders were automated (around 200 orders per country monthly).
