  •Led a team of 5 engineers and 2 admin workers accountable for the operation, profitability and service of an installed base of 700 medical equipment across the Andean Region.•Collaborated with cross-functional teams developing a long-term strategy for acquiring, maintaining and upgrading capital assets. As well as, evaluating the return of investment for each capital expenditure, and seeking the opportunity to sell service contracts.•Managed a 500K USD AOP budget to allocate founds for equipment operation, purchases, maintenance and replacements. •Headed life cycle management, developing maintenance schedules, monitoring performance and planning for upgrades or replacements based on wear or technological advances. Coordinating order management, spare parts stock, invoicing, service warranties and inventory management. •Supported the design and implementation of a low-code, no-code app to control and manage capital equipment availability, service requests, and sales programs contracts management focused on internal stakeholders, reducing 30% response time, and representing $180K USD savings annually on potential cash. Solution that will be leveraged for several countries in Latin America.•Grew my team adding 2 new roles, one focused on the traveling unit operation (almost 400 movements of capital equipment between customers monthly) to connect the dots through the supply chain and centralize all requests; the other one a service lead to manage and monitor all work orders throughout the country, ensuring quality among service. Increasing the service satisfaction through our internal stakeholders in over a 20%. •Shaped a business case to highlight the potential of capital equipment to become a business unit, in which the area could be accountable for 25% of the revenue in the region, which will be implemented through 2030. •Built a Service P&L to track, monitor and improve service revenue, for first quarter 2024 was able to reduce service cost in 10%. Able to support and deliver up to 30 requests per day. •Supported a world-wide project working on a stretch assignment with the global Field Inventory Management team, focused the implementation of a native Salesforce solution for cycle counting. This solution was implemented on 25 countries and 3 continents. •Developed and implemented tabelau and salesforce dashboards to track and monitor Customer Service KPIs. Around 1000 orders (20% of the total) for scheduled procedures were automated monthly in Colombia, while in countries such as Chile and Peru almost 70% of orders were automated (around 200 orders per country monthly).
