  I was employed to oversee the SMART repairer’s scheme, handling the book autonomously. I enjoyed an excellent relationship with underwriters and had delegated authority on the product. I helped redesign the product with Allianz when I felt the product needed to be overhauled, creating a completely bespoke product that Giles and Allianz had exclusivity to. I enjoyed great success in this role, exceeding all targets that were set out for me. I also developed relationships with franchisers, developing financial compensation packages as an incentive to market our product, ensuring steady business flow from outside of our own marketing. I was involved in many high profile cases worth over £100k GWP, including fleet, race (track day) high performance vehicles, car dealerships, garages, and self drive hire companies. Show less
