The customer service department requires answering the store phone and directing calls, the sale of tobacco products, working at the checkouts, assisting in the ACO, regular sanitisation of machines and objects, announcements over the store PA and directing staff positions. I often work in the Coles Bakery early in the morning, packing and labelling bakery products and placing them on the shelves.
