  P&G Scientist in Beauty Global Innovation Quality Assurance (GI QA) managing the Global Personal Care Liquids Business. Utilized prior analytical expertise to become Site Laboratory Control Leader. Roles required compliance building, analytical laboratory capability, disciplined, risk management, priority calling, direction setting, data integrity and out of specification investigation expertise. Entered role as Senior Researcher and was promoted to Principle Research/Band 1 Manager (Scientist in newly deployed Technical Career System) after one year. Upon being promoted I continued dual role responsibilities of managing the Global Personal Care Liquids Business and Site Laboratory Control Leader. Accomplishments were delivered initiative requirements and mitigated risks prior to initiative launches. Coached organization on root-cause investigations and created systemic preventative actions. Conducted site lab control assessments, presented quarterly quality reviews to leadership, approved numerous drug, cosmetic, TLEs, sales samples and clinical studies for various initiatives with zero significant qualify incidents. Reviewed and approved numerous compliance procedures and tracked site expiry to maintain a 98% compliance on written procedures. Created a review and approval training deck for Beauty Quality Assurance to build department capability for reviewing and approving written procedures. Led effective site laboratory controls quality program health assessments. Leveraged leading-edge predictive tool “Micro Speed Stability” for guiding and assessing preservation package robustness for numerous skin care formulations, globally. Work resulted in passing of wMST for consumer protection from microorganism growth, and enabling formulators to design robust skin care formulations. Leveraged strong technical background in LC method development and provided technical and administrative leadership to chromatography expert team, delivering critical validation / robustness testing of methods, and driving skin care business. (1990 to 2011) - PCC Analytical Laboratory Technician - Responsible for personal cleansing category analytical testing in support of formal stability. Developed analytical test methods for various laboratory instrumentation, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Atomic Absorption, Microwave Digestion, Horiba Particle Analyzer, Mettler Titrators, and X-ray Diffraction.(1985 to 1990) - Corporate Research Division Laboratory Technician - Performed surface science measurements using X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Auger Spectroscopy, and Ellipsometry measurements across multiple categories for solving complex surface science-related issues in Household Cleaners, Dentifrice, Laundry, Hair Care, Packaging, and Baby Care.
