      As Regional Sales Manager, my primary role was leading two teams of Field Sales representatives in the greater Dublin area. My main focus was the acquisition of the defected customer base from competitors and resellers to generate greater market share for the business. Additionally to this I introduced the transition from paper based selling to an electronic sales capture which resulted in the value of sales increasing and more efficient processes being delivered.
