Gained hands-on experience with feeding (tube, force, hand), restraining and treatment (Seal POX, Herpes, Mites, Wounds etc.)- Quickly promoted to a senior position. Trained new interns and worked independently and unsupervised.- Led guided tours, educational talks and feeding sessions for large groups of visitors to the centre.- Assisted with fundraisers and educational events, represented the centre in person and promoted the conservation of seals and their habitats.- Contributed to habitat restoration projects to help improve the welfare of seals and other wildlife in the area.
