  I am in charge of regularly ensuring that the camaraderie of Into the Wild leaders is at its highest potential. I organize set activities over quarterly leadership retreats, conduct events or icebreakers at weekly meetings, and hold bi-weekly get-togethers outside of the work context regarding Into the Wild. I lead outdoor adventure trips for the Santa Clara University campus community, spanning before school, on weekends, and during spring break. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, I help facilitate trips, on-campus activities, and tabling initiatives. I verify that our office is well-organized and tidy. I handle bulk purchases, including procurement of office supplies and organizational equipment for the year.
