      Managing Director

BizzConcepts - Managing Director / Aviation Consulting I founded Bizz Concepts in 1999, as a result of a high demand for training courses for airline pilots. As I have always been interested in the safety aspect of the aviation business, I gathered lots of information and followed many relevant safety courses. I also participated many safety committees and workgroups (BeLuxFlight Safety Committee, ERAA, Eurocontrol, Runway Safety Teams, etc) As a result I was requested by many Belgian operators to assist them with their Pilot Safety courses, to instruct dangerous goods courses and wet drill / water survival courses, and to advise them in their SMS structure and the implementation of an ASR / SMS system. Additionally I act for many operators as their external safety consultant and coordinator, assist them with Risk&Hazard analysis, advise them as their company Dangerous Goods Coordinator and SMS coordinator, develop their SMS manual and/or OM A-B, etc. Recently I also started with the development of airline CBT courses (e.g. Dangerous Goods Computer Based Training).Furthermore Bizz Concepts organizes wet drill courses, CRM courses, DG courses and SEP courses (see company website www.bizzconcepts.com) and also develops custom-tailored Flight Safety Databases (ICAO/EU-JAR-OPS) used for internal risk analysis and incident/accident/occurrence investigation, as well as general safety reporting follow-up and statistics.
