  I am doing my Student Teaching at a local Ann Arbor, MI high school. I have done collaborated unit planning for French I and collaboration through with French III surrounding an inquiry-based curriculum and a no-textbook, communicative language focus in the classroom. Comprehensible Input (CI) is used throughout each class and has sparked children to infer and think to gain knowledge. I have also connected with students and differentiated between the needs of the class and their needs as learners.   Security Officer

  I was a Security Officer for G4S during the summer of 2016. At this location, we alternated between roles of Patroling Officer, Console and Truck Gate Security. Patrol consists of ensuring the safety of all General Motors employees inside and outside the plant. This also includes recording pipe gauges, writing fire permits, verifying that all inspections are complete and managing the parking lot. As Console, you must answer all incoming calls and forward any calls coming from companies in affiliation with General Motors. You must also keep watch of all security cameras, check in and out every visitor and employee and secure all alarms for the facility. As Truck Gate Security, you manage all inbound and outbound trailers. This includes verifying the driver, their truck and trailer's manufacturing and inspection dates, and their paperwork. All paperwork coming in and from the shipping and receiving docks must be in order, along with each shipment having a recorded seal. Show less
