Jan 2013 - Apr 2018As a new Director, I immediately focused on where to improve efficiency within PAC operations and how to expand our donor base outside of Wealth Management. Through lean practice application we reduced lag time from compliance approval of G37 requests for check disbursement and instituted other operational improvements. Through targeted email solicitations, calls and research, we increased participation created an educational toolkit outreach campaign to expand awareness of the PAC throughout UBS and across all business groups. Consistently increased PAC participation by driving growth in low dollar donations during the 2018 firm wide email solicitation campaign and increased cycle payroll receipts by over $200,000. Show less I hit the ground running at UBS the day after President Obama's second inauguration in January 2013. Within the first quarter of 2013 we created new UBS PAC materials, solidified new PAC offerings along distinct giving levels and increased receipts by over 30%. I attended multiple UBS events across the country to raise funds for the PAC and to introduce our new PAConnect benefits to UBS employees, all the while following the strict FEC laws to keep the UBS PAC compliant and running smoothly. Throughout the next four years we increased receipts almost 70% and continually presented growing numbers to the UBS PAC Board of Directors every quarter. Show less
