  As a Senior Consultant in the Consulting department (specifically in Business Transformation offer), I participated in the following project:(i) PMO in a SAP implementation project for a Client that produces foam(ii) Design commercial processes (Sales, Marketing and Service) in order to implement a CRM in 3 clients in energy sector with a process intelligence tool, in Signavio(iii) Design Human Resource processes for a social economy client(iv) Construct a business case to open a laundry for a social economy client(v) Develop a benchmark of organizational structures for a Client in Beverage industry.
