      BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT. The first year involved various software and hardware units, including e-Commerce, Games Design, Computer Systems and more. The second year was much more Hardware and Networking focused, as I chose the hardware route instead of software. This included a much more in-depth focus on networking. During the second year, I passed Cisco CCNA 1.

During the space of a year once 'Colleague of the Month' was introduced, I won the award three times and was asked to apply for a place on the management team at the age of 19.This role really helped to improve my technological knowledge, people skills and confidence.       My current role in fulfilment has enabled me to work on many programmes delivering value for Tesco’s customers and colleagues. Key programmes I am responsible for:-Managing the programme from design to rollout of a new GHS picking solution for all of our stores. Fully built in-house, working closely with our Business and UX teams to ensure we're building the right thing. -Rolling out new dotcom picking devices across our entire store estate; working closely with engineering team in Bangalore who are designing the application and working closely with a third party to physically rollout the devices.-Replacing all PCs across our depot estate with Windows 10 machines-Replacing clocking-in devices across our entire depot estateI also do out-of-hours support managing major incidents across our stores and depots. I will run the bridges with our engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure we can get to the resolution as quickly as possible. It is also imperative that I send timely, useful communication to all of our stakeholders to keep them aware of the issue and potential impact.Alongside my day-to-day role, I lead the recruitment process for our Technology graduates and interns.
