  As part of a collaborative effort with Namliyeh and i-fooddesign, I worked in a team of four on a project for the Lebanese NGO Nation Station. Our group was tasked with addressing a critical aspect of the NGO's mission: enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the farmers' market ecosystem. With a focus on empowering farmers, we devised innovative solutions to optimize the harvesting, storage, and transportation processes for local farmers, facilitating the seamless transition of produce from villages to markets in Beirut. Working collaboratively in a team of two, our task was to merge the universe of Karen Chekerdjian’s studio, renowned for its Lebanese luxury and artisanal flair, with the practicality and accessibility of Ikea, envisioning a collaboration that would give shape to smart, connected creations.
