  • I was involved in the Barrow Bridge travellers, being responsible of 2 of the Form Travellers of the centre pier of the bridge, where is the project deadline.• In my duties, are include the daily supervision of the job carried out by the subcontractor (assembly of the Form Traveller (FT), pre-assembly on the ground of the FT, fixing of the steel, formworks, providing of plant and material)• For the daily works, the jobs of the subcontractors need to be planed, and this is one of my responsibilities as well, noting all the jobs carried out by the subcontractor, and the issues had on site for futures claims.• Programme control and achievement of dates and targets, Subcontractor control, Quality and design follow-up.• Ensuring all H&S requirements and rules are followed by all people involved in the works• Assist to the construction manager of the section in all of design, works on site and subcontractor control in all works carried out within the section.• The improvement in the programme was of 3 months, reducing the critical path impact and all the cost related.
