  As a site operations manager with T&G, I am the on-site leader for project field activities. I plan, lead and coordinate all jobsite activities including management of subcontractors, in-house manpower, equipment, production and materials. As the liaison between project management, field engineering, estimating and subcontractors, I ensure the construction complies with all plans and specifications and maintains T&G’s policy of outperforming on every project.
