      As a Summer Intern and Program Coordinator, I was responsible for visiting the various destinations within The Great Waterway Region to perform exploratory analysis, meeting with tourism operators and educating them about the many programs available, and compiling detailed reports summarizing the information gathered. I was also responsible for the buying and selling of advertising through The Great Waterway's website, as well as making cold-calls to tourism operators within our area with the goal of getting them to sign-up for our online social platform, tourismtalk. Within a three and a half month period, I successfully signed up over 60 businesses, with an average conversion rate of over 90%. I was also responsible for maintaining, organizing and updating the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and was part of a small team who identified the various opportunities for improvement within the CRM system. The day-to-day tasks require me to be incredibly friendly, efficient and able to perform and manage multiple duties at once. Typically, a server at Cacao70 can be serving upwards of 10-12 tables at one time, often more.       As a Marketing Generalist, I am responsible for overall content, website design, lead generation, and maintenance, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), delegating Marketing projects, prioritizing goals and deadlines, with frequent opportunities for collaboration with internal teams and external parties. As the Content and Social Media Coordinator at Benefits by Design, I execute the marketing strategy related to content, social media, event coordination and email marketing. I work closely with the rest of the Marketing team on projects designed to increase brand awareness and maintaining existing communication channels. As the Marketing Assistant at Benefits by Design (BBD), I am responsible for maintaining all Social Media channels representing BBD. As a part of my day-to-day activities, I work intimately with the social media Marketing Management Dashboard, Hootsuite, as well as BBD's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Solve. I work closely with the rest of the Communications Department in a variety of projects, initiatives and discussions, including branding, communication and general Marketing.
