This project gave me a tremendous pleasure, in using the design thinking tools, to capture the real feelings from the stakeholders involved and their true opinion and ideas in order to change the reality.Furthermore, I have tried to improve on the information on application processes by creating a prototype that combine the process steps, the User Interface screen shots and the webservices used in each step/screen of the process in a particular system.
