      This guys have created a unique and dynamic environment to work in. Enjoyed the free-flowing management style, still driven by productivity and results. I was contracted as part of a team to recruit over 100 employees nation-wide for a particular client. The deadline was tight, I’m proud to say we got it done! Yaaaaaay. A normal day would be sourcing new candidates, conducting interviews via phone and Skype, meeting with HR to discuss candidates and approvals, collecting and updating data on a spreadsheet to track all our efforts and efficiency. Oh, I would be wrong to leave out they always stocked coffee in the lunchroom. Not cheap coffee too, the good stuff! But it was the challenge that kept me motivated day in day out, not the coffee.       You can skip the gym membership once you are responsible for grip and lighting on any production. Following Adam’s lead, I handle equipment setup including camera, lens, sliders, jibs, video monitors and lighting. Sometimes even stepping in as audio boom operator, capturing sound to a recorder. Rigging stuff up and the continuous problem-solving on set is a high I enjoy. But the fun does not last forever, eventually we tear down and put away the gear.
