      I worked as a Business Analyst within the Public Sector Resource Management Office, reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, who is responsible for the Resource Demand and Supply operation across all UK Secure Accounts. I have helped the team manage demand and supply (LDSM) processes and tooling to enable effective resourcing at both the strategic and tactical levels. The team and I were also responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate (LDSM) process and tooling.Other responsibilities have included supporting stakeholders in the day-to-day LDSM operation, providing leadership in ensuring that these stakeholders meet their obligations, and becoming involved in the analysis of business processes and the continual improvement of service. As the team has a wide sphere of influence and a vital operational role to play, I gained an insight into the public sector engagements, developed a wide network of contacts, and gained visibility that will provide a valuable stepping stone to my next assignment.       As an Engagement Manager in the Technology, Data and Analytics I provided assurance and consultancy services across a variety of areas:- Led cloud adoption assessment for public sector client as part of a £600m programme to move from on-prem to a virtual private cloud, including a deep dive on the Identity and Access Management capabilities as a key enabler for transformation.- Trusted advisor to Financial Regulator, supporting them with the design and implementation of a new and fit for purpose CMDB to support the identification of important business services and 3rd party data as part of new FCA regulations.- Designed, embedded and iterated an entire Service Management function afresh as part of a government department separation. This included the creation of ITIL aligned processes diagrams and procedure documentation, instilling a governance forum for approvals, leading continuous service improvement workshops to align with the client's new system integrator.- Led 4 regulatory remediation workstreams for a leading FS digital investment company, designing IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Demand and Capacity Management) to comply with FCA requirements.- Delivered programme assurance for a commercial utilities company as a utilities SME, providing advice and recommendations to the COO for a multi-million digital transformation programme.- Led a team of 10 providing non-financial data assurance and audits to help a utilities company align to Ofwat regulatory compliance as part of their annual performance report.- Embedded as a trusted advisor within a government regulatory body, providing advice and scrutiny on programme collateral in support of a multi-million digital transformation programme.- Seconded to the executive support function, reporting to the Partners as part of the Risk Executive in support of the execution of the Risk strategy and the key projects that underpin it.
