  Managed operating expense budget of over $33 million annually for US Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (MSDDC) in Bahrain to include geographically dispersed detachments and all CENTCOM AOR. Successfully employed various financial processes and analytical tools for the efficient formulation and execution of funds and cost savings, which are considerably complex due to their structuring and extensive relationships both functionally and financially.
