      Maintenance and repair concerning the general building structure of the high-rise hotel (12 stories), and the convention and meeting centers on the property. Other duties included but were not limited to: maintenance and repair of all kitchen equipment, heating and ventilation refrigeration units (HVAC&R), evaporative coolers, plumbing, carpentry, tile, masonry, pool pumps/filters, painting, roof repairs, and fire alarm/safety systems. Acted as a project lead for remodeling and refurnishing initiatives. Reading and comprehension of blue prints, schematics, and property plans. Trained lower level general maintenance staff on basic repair and maintenance procedures. Interacted with hotel guests to research, resolve, and follow up on any issues reported.
