  Worked at a call center where I was responsible for answering phones, and being able to assist people with their cases. Was responsible for being able to accurately document calls, and providing quick but excellent customer service.

  Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Dean. In charge of handling all scheduling for the dean. Complete all travel and PCARD reimbursements. In charge of overseeing over 3 million in budgets, including departmental, startups, and grants. Work closely with PI’s on their budgets for grants, and making sure that accounts are being spent appropriately. In charge of working closely with faculty and completing their purchasing needs, either through PO’s or using the PCARD. In charge of auditing accounts, and making sure that expenditures were properly charged.
